Mateusz Stelmaszczyk is an assistant professor at the Water Centre of the Warsaw University of Life Sciences, Warsaw, Poland. Artur Radecki-Pawlik is an academic professor at the Cracow University of Technology Institute of Structural Mechanics, Krakow, Poland.
